Refund Policy

If OpenAny Pro or Team does not do what you needed, email openany@gearyworks.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount. No form, no reason required.

How it works

• Send the email address you bought with, or your order number from the Polar receipt.
• We issue the refund through Polar, usually within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.
• Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued. The free viewer keeps working.

After 14 days

We can't promise a refund after 14 days, but write anyway if something is wrong; we would rather fix the bug or make it right than keep an unhappy customer's money.

Duplicate purchases

Bought twice by mistake? Tell us and we refund the duplicate at any time.
